‘Agios Minas’ Cultural Association of Archipolis, in co-operation with the Region of South Aegean and the Municipality of Rhodes, organises every November the Festival of Doughnut and Pancakes dedicated to celebrating St. Andrew’s traditional custom.
The event starts at midday at the village primary school and there is a music band performing. Visitors can enjoy the beauty of the village and savour dishes served by Archipolis housewives.
